Farthings Cambridge -The Team
I am passionate about business. I love learning about marketing and sales. In my free time, I enjoy swimming and walking when it is not raining. Travelling and seeing the world is also one of my passion. Discovering a quieter world with different lifestyle is really appealing to me. We do not take enough time in our society to understand and know each other. Originally from France, I have been living in Cambridge for the past 16 years. I know this is now my home. In the past, I used to sing and play the guitar on stage and it is a pity that it is not part of my life anymore but, to be honest I am happy the way it is. I sometimes give my guitar a dust down and I still love to play 😊
I’m Emma, 43 years old. I loved being adventurous in my younger years. I've climbed Snowden and Scarfell Pike. Walked the black mountains all the time carting my tent and kit, food and water. I won gold medals for canoeing at a national level. I enjoyed the challenges I faced when completing my bronze and silver Duke of Edinburgh awards. My last challenge as a teenager was to qualify to teach sailing in a topper. I went on to have two children in my early 20’s, who are now off and enjoying the start of their adulthood! Nowadays I enjoy a simpler way of life. Having a passion for gardening and growing my own fruits and vegetables. Spending time with people I love and holidays to the beach is what really makes me happy 😊
Hi, I’m Gail. I joined Farthings in July 2020. I have previously worked for Laurence & Pierre at their sister company Art of clean carrying out administration in the office.
In my spare time, I enjoy walking with my dog, cycling and yoga. I love to travel. I have recently visited India and hope to see more of Asia soon. In September this year, I will complete a one year Kundalini yoga teacher training programme. I am hoping to start offering classes in Cambridgeshire very soon!
